1. Definitions
The general terms and conditions outlined below shall apply to all services offered by Four Angles Software Team and its partners through the Baby Bowl application to the Buyer/User and may be modified at any time by Four Angles Software Team without prior notice.
The following terms shall have the following meanings:
Buyer – An individual/legal entity or another legal entity issuing an Order.
User – An individual/legal entity or another legal entity using the services provided by the Baby Bowl application.
Seller – Four Angles Software Team, operating under the trade name Four Angles Software Team SRL, with its registered office at Strada Principala no. 251 B, Feleacu, Cluj County, postal code 407270, CUI 37085774, registered at the Trade Register under no. J12/570/2017.
Goods – Any product, including documents and services, to be provided by the Seller to the Buyer/User.
Order – An electronic document serving as a form of communication between the Seller and the Buyer, whereby the Seller agrees to deliver the Goods and the Buyer agrees to receive and pay for these Goods.
Contract – An Order confirmed by the Seller.
Intellectual Property Rights – All intangible rights such as know-how, copyrights and related rights, database rights, design rights, model rights, patents, trademarks, and domain name registrations for any of the above.
Application – The Baby Bowl mobile application and everything it contains.
2. Contractual Documents
By installing the Baby Bowl application, the Buyer/User agrees to the form of communication (email, telephone) through which the Seller conducts its operations. The Order will consist of the following documents:
The Order (including clear mentions regarding delivery and billing details) and its specific conditions.
Terms and Conditions.
If the Seller confirms the Order, this implies full acceptance of the terms of the Order. Acceptance of the Order by the Seller is considered complete when there is an electronic confirmation (email) from the Seller to the Buyer, without requiring an acknowledgment of receipt from the Buyer. The Seller does not consider an unconfirmed Order to have the status of a Contract under any circumstances.
Order confirmation is performed electronically (email). The general terms and conditions of sale will form the basis of the Contract thus concluded.
3. Obligations of the Seller
The Seller will use its professional and technical expertise to achieve the result stipulated in the Order and will deliver the Goods that meet the requirements and specifications expressed by the Buyer in the Order.
The information presented in the Seller's application is for informational purposes and may be modified by the Seller without prior notice. Product descriptions may be incomplete; however, the Seller makes efforts to present the most relevant information to ensure the product is used as intended upon purchase.
The application provides community features and access to content from Four Angles Software Team and other users related to cooking, which can be displayed in a personalized news feed for the User or accessed via a list of categories or a search function.
The use of community features (adding recipes, displaying recipes added by the community) is free of charge.
The Seller may provide updates to this application that modify the scope of its features.
The Seller may change the content available through the Application and/or Services at any time, at its sole discretion. There is no initial or continuous right of access to specific content.
The Seller grants the User a worldwide, non-exclusive (simple), non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to use the application, services, and community content, including any documents and user manuals found within the application, for private purposes.
4. Obligations of the User
4.1 Content Restrictions
You are prohibited from adding content that violates applicable laws, copyright, or the personal rights of third parties, or the Netiquette Rules of Four Angles Software Team (if available). Furthermore, you may not add content that significantly disrupts the open and friendly environment of the community. Specifically, you may not add any content that is abusive, defamatory, obscene, sexist, pornographic, political or religiously extremist, violent, harmful to minors, illegal, or inappropriate for a wide, unrestricted audience. Additionally, you may only add content that you have either created yourself or have received permission to use from the author or any other disclosed persons. Under no circumstances are you allowed to take content from other platforms or sources and add it to the community without prior request or authorization.
4.2 Content Moderation
Due to the extensive volume of user-generated content, Four Angles Software Team cannot verify all content before approval but reserves the right to block, modify, or delete content in response to complaints or upon discovering it violates the principles outlined in Section 4.1 or is unsuitable for the community's theme (cooking, food, recipes). Four Angles Software Team reserves the right to temporarily or permanently ban a user or terminate the Agreement in the case of a breach of these Terms of Use. A ban is generally applied after the user has been warned about the violation, except in cases where the severity of the breach justifies immediate action, considering the interests of both parties. Users have the right to appeal a ban decision via email at contact@mybabybowl.com, specifying the reasons why they believe the ban is unwarranted.
4.3 Netiquette
As a member of our community, you agree to uphold the basic rules of mutual tolerance and politeness. Our community observes the following netiquette:
All forms of spam and inappropriate advertising are not accepted in the Baby Bowl community.
Derogatory statements and insults of any kind will not be tolerated. This applies whether such statements are directed at other members, moderators, third parties, or groups of people. The same applies to contributions that violate applicable laws.
4.4 Reverse Engineering
The user is prohibited from decompiling, reverse engineering, or attempting to discover the source code of the application.
4.5 Licensing of User Content
The user grants Four Angles Software Team a free, worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable right limited to the duration of the contract, to save all community content added by users (e.g., recipes, including permitted derivative works such as translations) for the purposes of the contract, for the application’s use, services, and community features. This includes displaying the content to other community users, duplicating it, making it publicly accessible, translating it into other languages, and editing it as technically necessary for compatibility and storage or transfer optimization (e.g., compressing and slightly reducing content, even if visible). However, the content cannot be distorted.
4.6 User Liability
As a user, you agree to indemnify Four Angles Software Team for any damages, claims, costs (including standard legal fees), and expenses incurred by Four Angles Software Team due to legal or extrajudicial actions brought by third parties or authorities against Four Angles Software Team resulting from or in connection with a violation of Section 4.1 of these Terms of Use for content you have added to the Baby Bowl community. This does not apply if you are not responsible for the violation.
5. Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights
The User/Buyer understands intellectual property rights and agrees not to disclose to third parties or make public any information received from the Seller.
All designs, graphic elements, and designs that appear in the application, as well as graphical marks, are registered trademarks owned by Four Angles Software Team and cannot be reproduced, copied, or used without the written consent of the owner.
All content elements such as descriptions, designs, graphic elements, and designs that appear in the application, including but not limited to logos, stylized representations, commercial symbols, static images, dynamic images, text, and/or multimedia content, are the exclusive property of Four Angles Software Team. All rights obtained in this regard, directly or indirectly, through usage and/or publishing licenses, are reserved by Four Angles Software Team.
The User/Buyer is not allowed to copy, distribute, publish, transfer to third parties, modify, or otherwise alter, use, link, display, or include any of the above content elements in any context other than the original one intended by Four Angles Software Team. Nor may they include any content outside the application, remove marks signifying Four Angles Software Team's copyright, or participate in transferring, selling, or distributing materials made through reproduction, modification, or display of the content elements, except with the express written consent of Four Angles Software Team.
Four Angles Software Team reserves the right to promote specific user-generated content with the user’s consent. Such consent may be obtained via email and is voluntary. If the user agrees to the promotion of their content, they grant Four Angles Software Team a free, worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, perpetual, irrevocable right to store, copy, make public, translate into other languages, modify, and combine their content with other works (e.g., combining a recipe with new photo or video material that may or may not be similar to the initially submitted photo or video).
Four Angles Software Team reserves the right to use photos and recipe details added by the community for application functionality.
6. Rights to Application Content
All content within the application and graphic elements, including but not limited to, all text-based content and technical resources of all current and future services and facilities—except where another owner is explicitly stated, such as in the case of recipes created by the community—along with page resources and any other material transmitted in any form to and from users (via direct display in the application, newsletters, etc.) belong to Four Angles Software Team.
The content of the application may only be used for personal purposes. Any use of content by third parties for purposes other than personal use is permitted solely with the prior, express, written consent of Four Angles Software Team. Consequently, it is prohibited to copy, reproduce, publish, transmit, sell, distribute, partially or fully modify the content of this application or any part of it for purposes other than personal use, except for the following:
(i) Reproduction of small excerpts (maximum of 400 characters) from published articles is allowed on non-commercial websites, forums, press articles, etc., provided the source of the information is clearly stated.
Users are required to respect all copyright and related rights, as well as any other intellectual property rights held by the application administrator and its partners, regarding or in connection with the Baby Bowl application.
Four Angles Software Team reserves the right to pursue legal action against any person and/or entity that violates the above provisions in any way. Requests to use application content for purposes other than personal use may be submitted via email to four.angles.software.team@gmail.com, specifying "Attn: Customer Support"
Any person who transmits or publishes information or materials to the application assumes the obligation not to infringe in any way on the copyrights that a third party might invoke regarding the materials and information transmitted in any form to the application. Such persons understand and accept that any violation of this obligation cannot hold Four Angles Software Team liable in any way, but solely the respective individuals.
Four Angles Software Team may conduct advertising campaigns and/or promotions at any time in any section of the application without requiring the consent of application users. The size and placement of advertising campaigns and promotions do not require user consent and may be changed at any time without prior notice.
Four Angles Software Team does not assume responsibility for damages or losses resulting from advertising campaigns or promotions organized within the application.
7. Disclaimer of Liability
Four Angles Software Team does not assume responsibility and does not implicitly or explicitly guarantee the content of the application, including content provided by its partners or users. However, Four Angles Software Team will make every reasonable effort to ensure the accuracy and professionalism of the information provided in the application to earn and maintain user trust. Accordingly, Four Angles Software Team will attempt to correct reported errors and omissions as quickly as possible.
The application administrator does not offer any guarantees for the content of the application and cannot be held liable under any circumstances for any loss or damage that may result from the use of any part of the application or the inability to use it, regardless of the cause, or from misinterpretation of any provisions of the application's content.
Information provided through the application is offered in good faith from sources considered reliable. If any published article or other information falls under copyright law, users are encouraged to contact us at four.angles.software.team@gmail.com so that appropriate measures can be taken. Furthermore, users should note that the presented information may include occasional inaccuracies (e.g., technical data or typographical errors). The application administrator will make every effort to correct such issues as quickly as possible.
Users understand and agree that Four Angles Software Team does not guarantee:
that the information contained in the application is entirely complete;
that information entered by users is accurate, correct, or reliable, and does not assume responsibility for how visitors use it;
that the information or services in the application will meet all user requirements, as users are fully responsible for their proper use;
results obtained by users from using the information or services available through the application, as usage is entirely at the users' own risk;
uninterrupted, error-free operation of the application services. Four Angles Software Team is not responsible for potential damages caused by temporary unavailability or malfunction of the application or the use of information obtained via links to other sites (usage of links is at users' discretion).
Additionally, users understand and accept that Four Angles Software Team is not responsible for potential inaccuracies, errors, or omissions in information provided in the application by users. Furthermore, users acknowledge that Four Angles Software Team is exempt from any liability for advertisements posted in the application or via its services, as well as for goods or services provided by the authors of such advertisements.
Users explicitly agree to indemnify Four Angles Software Team against any legal or extrajudicial action arising from incorrect or fraudulent use of the application.
Force Majeure Clause: Four Angles Software Team, its operators, directors, employees, branches, subsidiaries, and representatives are fully exempt from liability in cases of force majeure, including but not limited to technical equipment malfunctions, internet connectivity issues, phone line failures, computer viruses, unauthorized access to application systems, operational errors, etc.
Users agree to protect and indemnify Four Angles Software Team and/or its operators, directors, employees, branches, subsidiaries, and representatives against any claims, demands, actions, losses, damages, costs (including legal fees), judgments, decisions, fines, or other obligations arising from user actions in connection with the use of the application or its services.
Four Angles Software Team does not offer any guarantees, either express or implied, regarding the functionality of the Baby Bowl application, the information, content, materials, or products within the application, or their suitability for a specific purpose. Users explicitly agree that the use of this application and the application of its information is at their own risk.
The recommendations provided in this application are for informational and educational purposes only.
The information in this application is general and free but does not replace medical advice.
No responsibility is assumed for the information provided in this application. Users use the information provided in the Baby Bowl application at their own risk. In case of damages caused by the use of the services or information provided, users accept that the Baby Bowl application administrator is absolved of all liability.
8. User Subscription to Newsletters and Alerts
Users of the application have the option to receive newsletters and alerts via email, with the possibility to opt-out at any time. Users can unsubscribe with a single click on the unsubscribe link included in the newsletter/alert sent to the email address explicitly provided at the time of subscription.
Given that access to the products/services offered through the application is based on an active account, requiring a username and password, users are advised not to disclose these credentials to third parties, even if they claim to be contacting them on behalf of the application.
9. Cookie Policy
A cookie is a text file containing small pieces of information sent to your browser and stored on your computer, mobile phone, or other devices when you visit a website/application. This cookie file sends information back to the application whenever you access it.

10. Billing and Payments
The price, payment method, and payment term are specified in the Order. The Seller will issue an invoice to the Buyer for the delivered Goods, with the Buyer being responsible for providing all the information required to issue the invoice in accordance with applicable legislation.
To ensure accurate communication regarding the invoice for the Order, the Buyer is responsible for updating their Account information whenever necessary and accessing the information and documents related to each Order existing in the Account.
By submitting the Order, the Buyer agrees to receive invoices electronically via email, sent to the email address specified in their Account.
11. Responsibilities
The Seller undertakes to ship the Goods and Services to the Buyer.
The Seller is released from risks and liabilities associated with the Goods and Services upon their delivery to the Buyer.
The Seller does not assume responsibility for the descriptions of the products presented in the application. Images displayed in the application are for illustrative purposes only, and the delivered products may differ from the images and descriptions shown in the application due to changes in features or design without prior notice. The Seller reserves the right to complete or modify any information in the application without prior notice.
The Seller does not guarantee the availability of the products displayed in stock, and as such, they reserve the right to partially or entirely cancel an Order if certain products are no longer available in the current offering or out of stock.
If prices or other product details are displayed incorrectly, including as a result of database entry errors, the Seller reserves the right to cancel the delivery of the respective product and notify the client as soon as possible about the error if the delivery has not yet been made.
The Seller is not responsible for damages resulting from the application's malfunction or for issues arising from the inability to access certain links published in the application.
The maximum liability of the Seller to any client in the case of non-delivery or improper delivery is limited to the amounts received by the Seller from that client.
The products sold through the application are intended for personal use only, and their resale is strictly prohibited, in accordance with the Fiscal Code.
12. Processing of Personal Data
To ensure the protection of the personal data rights of the users of the application, we have implemented specific protective measures, in compliance with requirements established by Regulation (EU) 2017/679 – applicable throughout the European Union starting May 25, 2018 ("the Regulation").

By accepting the Terms and Conditions, Users are informed that their personal data will be processed to ensure the optimal provision of services by Four Angles Software Team, including internet services, goods and services supply, advertising, marketing, and statistical services.
Four Angles Software Team performs the following data processing operations: collection, recording, organization, storage, adaptation, modification, extraction, consultation, use, and, in some cases, transmission to third parties based solely and strictly on a regulated commercial agreement ensuring data security and confidentiality, as well as user rights protection. These operations are conducted to manage, maintain, improve, and obtain insights about the services offered, as well as to prevent errors and data breaches within the company's IT network, and to prevent violations of laws or contractual terms.
Personal data collected may also be used, including through automated profiling (for Users who have explicitly consented), to personalize the services provided through the application to the greatest possible extent, as well as for marketing purposes. Automated profiling will not target minors, and their personal data will not be processed for this purpose.
Personal data will be provided by Users at their own discretion during the creation of a valid account on the application or subscription to a service available within the application, enabling them to benefit from the services and products offered. To use community features and/or services of the application (e.g., creating profiles, accessing other users' content), Users must register for free after downloading the application.
As part of the community features, Users have the option to configure their own profile content (e.g., personal information, profile picture, website, bio) and contribute to the Four Angles Software Team content database (e.g., personal recipes and videos). Please note that all registered users can view your profile and any content you submit that is approved .
During registration, certain personal data is requested from Users, such as name, surname, gender, date of birth, email address, phone number, profession, habits/preferences/behavior, and other personal information.
Users are solely responsible for all data provided during the creation of their application account. They are responsible for safeguarding their registration and access data (e.g., username and password) and should not disclose or allow unauthorized persons or third parties to access this information. Users must take necessary measures to ensure confidentiality and report any abuse, loss, or suspicions to Four Angles Software Team at four.angles.software.team@gmail.com.
For account and data confirmation, Users will be notified at the email address provided during account creation. This email confirmation is intended to prevent fraudulent actions by users who might use other people's email addresses to create fake accounts. If you receive such a message and did not register personally, please email us at four.angles.software.team@gmail.com to delete the account within three business days. The email will include a PDF version of the current Contract.
The User profile form contains editable fields, allowing updates or modifications to the information provided during account creation.
Users are not obligated to provide this data, but it is necessary for:
Monitoring the use of the application.
Providing optimal services through the application, including notifying Users about promotional campaigns, advertising, marketing actions, and granting access to additional features. Refusing to provide the requested data will limit participation in promotional campaigns and the use of extra features and services available exclusively to registered Users.
The application cannot be used if a User decides not to create a profile by providing personal data.
According to Regulation (EU) 2017/679 and Law No. 677/2001, Users have the right to access, intervene, oppose the processing of personal data, request data deletion, and seek legal recourse. Users may exercise these rights by submitting a written request via email to four.angles.software.team@gmail.com with the subject line "Personal Data Request."
The application commits to not sending spam (commercial messages without prior explicit User consent) and will take all technical measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of User data.
The application reserves the right to terminate, without prior notice, accounts and access of members who violate the Terms and Conditions, engage in proven fraudulent activities, defamation, or attacks on the security and confidentiality of the information within the application or the operating company.

Within the online communication framework established between the application and the user, we collect and process your personal data. This collection and processing are necessary for providing informational and promotional content to users. 15. Modification of Terms and Conditions
